NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-005933, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JOSHUA S. PENCE; TERI G. PENCE; ANY; AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse., at Naples in COLLIER County, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 89, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 75, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 11 AND 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
