NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0903719CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. AMTRUST NP-SFR VENTURE, LLC is Plaintiff and VINCENT F. TORTOLA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VINCENT F. TORTOLA; JOHN DOE; AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; AVELLINO ISLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE VINEYARDS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTERATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 1302, PHASE 1, AVELLINO ISLES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3658, PAGE 1599, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
