NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2010 and entered in Case No. 0905419CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE SERVICING is Plaintiff and KEITH J. THOMAS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are defendants. The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash August 6, 2012, at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail, 1st Floor Atrium, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 am, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
