NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 12, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-002191 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT FOR HOMEBANC is the Plaintiff and JOANDY QUINTERO A/K/A JOANDY A. QUINTERO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOANDY QUINTERO A/K/A JOANDY A. QUINTERO N/K/A JAREAIME QUINTERO; THE RESERVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; TENANT #1 N/K/A NORA PEERRTTA, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JASON PEERRTTA are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 8 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
