Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2012 entered in Case No. 12-CA-000753 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 8 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 3609, NAPLES WINTERPARK V, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium for Naples Winterpark V, recorded in Official Records Book 1306, Pages 2219 through 2286 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
