notice is hereby given Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0910183CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Christa D. Banks, Kevin M. Poeling, Berkshire Lakes Master Association, Inc., Ross, Lanier & Deifik, P.A. F/K/A Richman, Deifik, Lanier & Ross, P.A., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 9 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 12, BERKSHIRE LAKES, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 6 THROUGH 8, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
