notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-4202-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE MONACO BEACH CLUB, INC. is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINE A. pegouske; EARL J. pegouske; THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT TWO and UNKNOWN TENANT ONE are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: At 1st Floor, Atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM on the 9th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit E808, THE MONACO BEACH CLUB, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Records Book 972, Page 818, and subsequent amendments thereto Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
