NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009-ca-004692 WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, Plaintiff, and, ROBERT BRADEN JR., et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 11:00 AM on the 7th day of August 2012 the following described property:
LOT 9, PASCO PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 139, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
