NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on a Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated July 2, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-001226WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 17th day of August, 2012, bidding will begin at 11:00 a.m. online via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. B, BUILDING NUMBER 1, MAGNOLIA VALLEY CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 95-96, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH 3.44% INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SHOWN IN O.R. BOOK 655, PAGES 408-455, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
