NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-002877-WS in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC was the Plaintiff and DANIEL C. DUNDERMAN A/K/A DANIEL CLARENCE DUNDERMAN, ET AL. the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 13th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 57, THOUSAND OAKS PHASES 6 9, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
