NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 13 day of July, 2012, in Civil Action No. 11-CA-04264, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which PAUL A. MULREADY, is the Defendant, and SPRINGWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF NAPLES, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 9 day of August, 2012, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit No. 804, PHASE I OF SPRINGWOOD, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium recorded in Official Record Book 1088, Pages 1564 through 1652, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the funds remaining after the sale, if any, must file a claim with the clerk No later than 60 days after this sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
