NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-008583-WS in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N. A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N. A., AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2002KS8 was the Plaintiff and CARMINE DI BENEDETTO, ET AL. the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 13th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
