MARTINEZ; BRISTOL PINES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; TENANT #1 N/K/A BRIAN ORANGO are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 9 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 1, BRISTOL PINES, PHASE I ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43 AT PAGES 78-81 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
