NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13 day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-007596, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and TINA STREETER, BRIAR LANDING AT THE ENCLAVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE MORTGAGE VENTURES, LLC DBA ACCESS HOME LENDERS, WILDWOOD LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., JANE DOE, JOHN DOE and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TINA STREETER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 9 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 4, BUILDING 16, BRIAR LANDING AT THE ENCLAVE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECIRDS BOOK 4022, PAGE 2050, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4025, PAGE 1900, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
