BUCHANAN is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at ww.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 9th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 16, BLOCK 3, PINE RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 141-144, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
