NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 1103928CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ZVI KRUGLIAK and KAREN N. KRUGLIAK A/K/A KAREN KRUGLIAK IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 9th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 105 FEET OF TRACT NO. 21, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 46, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
