notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-004662, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ERIC KEPKA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the FIRST FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 9 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 19 , UNIT 82 , GOLDEN GATE ESTATES , ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 21 , AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY , FLORIDA , SAID LAND SITUATE , LYING AND BEING IN COLLIER COUNTY , FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
