notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006245, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and BRIAN K. FOLEY, SR., A/K/A BRIAN FOLEY; BARBARA A. FOLEY A/K/A BARBARA FOLEY, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the FIRST FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 9 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK 8, UNIT NO. 1, NAPLES PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 106 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
