NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated July 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2011-CA-003370, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, is Plaintiff, and JUSTO J. GANDIA; MARTA R. GANDIA; NAPLES KEEP CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at the First Floor Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 on the day of August 6, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1002, NAPLES KEEP, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE IV, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1388, PAGE 2246, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
with the Street address of: 150 CYPRESS WAY E #1002, NAPLES, FL 34110.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
