Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on July 9, 2012, the Clerk of the Court will sell the real property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for CASH, in an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on August 8, 2012.

Commence at the Northwest corner of said Section 8, thence run along the West line of said Section 8, South 00°22'21” West, 991.31 feet to the North line of Tract 24 of said subdivision; thence along the North line of said Tract 24, South 89°35'01” East, 1232.43 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of State Road 55 (U.S. 19); thence along said right-of-way, South 00°03'53” West, 395 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue along said right-of-way, South 00°03'53” West, 200 feet; thence North 89°35'01” West, 200 feet; thence North 00°03'53” East, 200 feet; thence South 89°35'01” East, 200 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING,
TOGETHER WITH non-exclusive easement for ingress, egress, parking and drainage as set forth in that certain Amendment to Lease recorded in O.R. Book 852, Page 1748, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
