Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
PARCEL 1:
The South 160.0 feet of the North 507.0 feet of that part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 35, Township 24 South, Range 21 East, lying West of the right-of-way of U.S. Highway 98 By-Pass; Pasco County, Florida;

Commence at the Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of said Northwest 1/4; thence South 89°42'43” East, 163.62 feet along the North boundary of said Section 35 to the survey line of SR 533; thence South 30°44'41” East, 122.27 feet along said survey line to the beginning of a curve concave to the Westerly having a radius of 716.20 feet, run Southeasterly along said survey line 260.75 feet thru a central angle of 20°51'36” to the end of said curve; thence North 89°41'56” West, 40.68 feet to the West existing right-of-way line of SR 533 (Project 1413-101) for a Point of Beginning; continue thence North 89°41'56” West, 16.60 feet; thence South 17°47'08” East, 29.77 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the Westerly having a radius of 664.20 feet; thence from a tangent bearing of South 08°12'51” East, run Southerly along said curve 132.08 feet thru a central angle of 11°23'37” to the end of said curve; thence South 89°41'56” East, 12.02 feet to said West right-of-way line and the beginning of a curve concave to the Westerly having a radius of 676.20 feet; thence from a tangent bearing of North 03°07'42” East, run Northerly along said right-of-way line 160.77 feet thru a central angle of 13°37'20” to the end of said curve and the Point of Beginning.

Lot 34, Block 3, CARVER HEIGHTS ADDITION NO. 2, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 58, public records of Pasco County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH all of Defendant's, THE CLOTHES DOCTOR OF DADE CITY, INC., equipment, inventory, accounts, instruments, chattel paper and general intangibles, now owned or hereafter acquired, together with all replacements, accessions, proceeds and products.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on August 27, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made by 11:00 am EST on the next business day after the sale to the Clerk by cash or cashier's check.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
