NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2012, and entered in 51-2011-CA-004691-XX of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and FRANK J. PENA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANK J. PENA; WATERS EDGE SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; WATERS EDGE MASTER ASSOCIATION INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on August 17, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 686, OF WATERS EDGE THREE, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE(S) 111 THROUGH 125, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
