NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2012, and entered in 2008-CA-10652-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-1, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and DONNA G. STABILE; PASQUALE STABILE are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on August 27, 2012 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 215, HOLIDAY LAKE WEST UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES, 3 AND 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
