NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 19, 2012, in Case No. 51-2008-CA-009976-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pasco County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE, is Plaintiff, and SHARIANN PEARSON; PATRICK MARCHAN, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 6th day of August, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 117, OF COUNTRY WALK INCREMENT D-PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 36-41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
