NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2007 CA 015744 SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-9 is the Plaintiff and JAMES W. BROWNING; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; TUESDAY M. BROWNING; JOHN DOE N/K/A VINCENT CIPOLLA; JANE DOE N/K/A KRISTA ADKINS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1083, 23RD ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 13, 13A THROUGH 13I, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
