NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 20th day of August, 2012, at public sale by electronic sales beginning 9:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes sell to the highest bidder, for cash, the following-described real property:
Lot 11, Block 1584, 32nd ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 16A through 16L, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 2011-CA-009788-NC, New Vista Properties, Inc., v. Noel Hall, et als.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
