EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA. in accordance with Sec. 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, the following property:
LOT 2, RIVERHILLS MARINA ESTATES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 115 AT PAGE 216 OF OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
