NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 25, 2009 and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-015277 DI in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE was the Plaintiff and THOMAS LAROCCA, ET AL. the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and bidder for cash, at 10 am on the 13th day of August, 2012, at 800 East Lakes, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 26, PALM BAY, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
