Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 23, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 67, BLOCK 5, CEDAR CREEK AT COUNTRY RUN, PHASE II, PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 11837 HICKORYNUT DRIVE, TAMPA, FL 33625; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on August 16, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
