NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2012, and entered in 2009 CA 007457 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASEET-SECURITIZATION CORPORATION 2006-OPT3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT3, is the Plaintiff and PABLO DONES; YADIRA DONES; COVEWOOD NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. C/O JAMES W. HART JR. SENTRY MANAGEMENT, INC..; WORLDWIDE ASSET PURCHASING, LLC. C/O CORPORATION SERVICE COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 201/202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 2:00PM on October 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 4, COVEWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGE 258 THRU 265, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
