NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 13 day of August, 2012, at 2pm on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:

SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, TOGETHER WITH AN ADDITIONAL PORTION OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHlP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
