NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated June 26, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2010-CA-014168, DIVISION: A, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER COTA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER COTA IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court, shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 13th day of August, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 1, RIVER GROVE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 13, THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH, COUNTY FLORIDA.
