NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated June 27, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 29 2010 CA 001075, Division: B, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff, and JOSE L. VELAZQUEZ, SR. A/K/A JOSE L. VELAZQUEZ A/K/A JOSE L. VELASQUEZ; ALMA R. VELAZQUEZ A/K/A ALMA R. VELASQUEZ; LAKE FANTASIA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JANE DOE N/K/A RUTH HALL, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00 PM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 13th day of August, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

This property is located at the Street address of: 8316 FANTASIA PARK WAY, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
