TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of August, 2012, the following described property:
Lot 8, BLOCK 5, OF RIVER BEND, PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGE 127, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
