NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-016452 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and, JEFF ALLEN BUSCHOW, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Tampa, Florida, at the hour of 2:00 PM, on the 13th day of August, 2012, the following described property:
the east 488.05 feet of the south 1/2 of the southeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of section 27, township 30 south, range 22 east, less right-of-way for country road, lying and being in the RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
