NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27th, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2008-CA-027767 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and TERESO RODRIGUEZ, JR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TERESO RODRIGUEZ, JR N/K/A ALISSA RODRIGUEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; and JANE DOE N/K/A MARIA SANTOY AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd floor, rooms 202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00am, on the 7th day of August, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

BEGINNING AT A POINT 243.00 FEET EAST AND 25.00 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN NORTH 125.00 FEET, EAST 150.00 FEET; SOUTH 125.0 FEET; WEST, 150.00 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
