NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25th, 2012, and entered in 08-CA-012329 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-15CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-15CB, is the Plaintiff and SHERRY FOSTER-GADDY A/K/A SHERRY M. GADDY, A/K/A SHERRY F. GADDY, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF WANDA R. FOSTER; EDWARD T. FOSTER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHERRY FOSTER GADDY, N/K/A DON G. GADDY are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00am on November 1st, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, IN BLOCK 7, OF GANDY MANOR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, AT PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
