NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 7 day of August 2012, at 10:00 A.M. at the on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Unit 1601, THE HIGHLANDS AT HUNTER'S GREEN, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Record Book 12788, page 117, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and any amendments thereto.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on 6/27/2012 2:45:00 PM in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
