NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-004707, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and BARRY A. ROWLAND; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARRY A. ROWLAND; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m. on the 7th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 8, OF SOUTHERN PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE(S) 18, 0F THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
