NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 20, 2010, and entered in Case No.09-CA-026568 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS INDENTURED TRUSTEE FOR REAL ESTATE ASSET TRUST 2011-1, ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2011-1 is the Plaintiff and JOSE L. PANDURO; CRISTINA PANDURO; ARROW FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC.; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” RESIDING AT 2202 DUMBARTON WAY, VALRICO, FL 33594 AND UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “B” RESIDING AT 2202 DUMBARTON WAY, VALRICO, FL 33594 are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash AT ROOM 2001/2002 AT THE HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY COURTHOUSE 800 TWIGGS STREET TAMPA FL , at 11AM EST on the 16th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 8, BRANDON VALRICO HILLS ESTATES SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
