NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale June 7, 12, entered in Civil Case No. 07-CA-016941 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 14 day of September, 2012, at: 10:00 a.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT PART OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF SE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 EAST OF THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF ARMENIA AVENUE, AND NORTH OF LAKE CARROLL MANOR SUBDIVISION, LESS THE EAST 1036.42 FEET THEREOF, AND LESS THAT PART DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING 145.75 FEET EAST OF THE NW CORNER OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SE 1/4 AND RUN SOUTH 244.42 FEET; THENCE EAST 151.15 FEET; THENCE NORTH TO A POINT 149.07 FEET EAST OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WEST 149.07 FEET TO THE POINY OF BEGINNING.
