NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale dated June 29,12, and entered in 2008-CA-003239 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-W4, is the plaintiff and TAMMY M WHITFIELD; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TAMMY M. WHITFIELD; JAMES L. WHITFIELD; ARGENT MORTGAGE COMPANY; LLC; CARMEL FINANCIAL CORPORTATION; TENANT #1; TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in Room 201/202, at the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Floor, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 2:00pm on August 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 26, GRANT PARK SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
