YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Foreclosure of Claim of Lien, Breach of Contract (Unpaid Assessments) and Enforcement of Lien by Special Action aw Law Pursuant to Florida Statutes 85.011 and 713.77 on the following described property in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Memorandum of Proprietary Lease recorded at Official Records Book 10946, Pages 0770 and 0771, one (1) share of stock in HOMES OF REGENCY COVE, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation (Certificate Number 645 erroneously referenced as Certificate Number 647) and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom, including one (1) 1966 GUER house trailer with vehicle identification nos. 1671 and 1672, title nos. 2195483 and 2195490 and decal nos. 32110481 and 32109759 with all attachments, additions, furniture, fixtures, air conditioning/heating units attached to or made a part of the mobile home now owned or hereafter at any time made or acquired, together with all rights and privileges appurtenant thereto and identified with Parcel Identification No. A-05-30-18-3X0-000B60-00001-0 and Folio no. 130078-1344,
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on DAVID A. LUCZAK, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address 3233 East Bay Drive, Suite 103, Largo, Florida 33771-1900, on or before 20th day of August, 2012, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
