NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 2012-CA-0526 in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, that I, Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Lot 8 in Block 2, of MECCA CITY, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 57, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FLORIDA, at 10:00 a.m. on August 13, 2012.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
