NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-008265-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HS1 ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2006-HE1, is Plaintiff, and HENRY ESPINOSA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 511, Metropolitan at Lake Eola, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 7630 Page 3798, as amended from time to time, Public Records of Orange County, Florida together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements as well as the common expenses appurtenant to the said condominium unit described above more particularly described and as set forth in that certain Declaration of Condominium unit recited herein.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
