NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 000295 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and TAMMY MCKINLEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TAMMY MCKINLEY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 9th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 138, PARK MANOR ESTATES UNIT TEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
