NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 02, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-004387 O DIV 33, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and OLGA MARIE NEGRON; NORMAN PEREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OLGA MARIE NEGRON IF ANY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NORMAN PEREZ IF ANY; VILLA CAPRI AT METROWEST ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 13th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, VILLA CAPRI AT METROWEST PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE(S) 45, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
