HELMS; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE MADISON AT METROWEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on August 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
