NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2010, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-013380-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. E*TRADE BANK (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff, and LAUREEN ALGIER A/K/A LAUREEN CROWLEY ALGIER; FOSTER ALGIER; SOUTHERN COMMUNITY BANK and FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 20 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 176, replat of town of windermere, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book q, page 39, of the public records of orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
