NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 9th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-013639 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein deutsche bank national trust company, as indenture trustee under the indenture relating to imh assets corp., collateralized asset-backed bonds, series 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and LOUIS FABIANO; TIMBER ISLE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TIMBER SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MARIE VALERUS-FABIANO; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 14th day of August, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 140, timber isle, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 59, pages 123 through 127, inclusive, of the public records of orange county, florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
